THE CHURCH IS FIRST A SANCTUARY
Each day from 5 pm – 7 pm, St. Mary, Star of the Sea will be open for prayer.
·Maybe you have had a bad day and just need to steal away a few minutes to place your burden before the Lord.
· Maybe you have received great joy in your life and you want to thank God for these blessings.
· Maybe you just want to center your days and spend sometime with God in prayer.
· Maybe you want to offer a prayer for a friend, or the parish, or you just need peace and quiet.
This will be for private prayer. There may on occasion be a wedding rehearsal and each Saturday there is mass. We welcome your comments on how to make this a sustaining ministry for the CCSB and our neighbors in Federal Hill and Locust Point. |
