Baptism Prep Info

Congratulations on deciding to welcome your child into the Church! We are thrilled you have chosen CCSB to assist you in preparing for your child's baptism.

Advance Preparation: Prior to your in-person session, we ask that both parents review the document here and complete two tasks:

1) Discuss the dinner date questions outlined in blue boxes with each other in advance. This is a good opportunity to discuss your own experiences with baptism, godparents, and expectations for a life for your child as a member of the Church community! We encourage you to set an actual date night to celebrate each other and this next step forward for your family!

2) Read the short article here.

Location: The Baptism Prep session will be held in Holy Cross Hall, adjacent to the church sanctuary where Mass is held. After Mass, head to the back of the church, and the Hall is on your right. Kids are welcome - we have toys and coloring - and we'll also show you the changing table and nursing corner in the Hall's back room if you haven't yet seen it.
